Environmental Testing. Reliable Results.

Ninja Environmental provides environmental testing for asbestos, mold, indoor air quality, bacteria, and allergens—with accurate, documented results to help you make informed decisions.

Why Mycometer?

Built for faster, quantitative insight.

Mycometer is an advanced enzymatic testing technology that detects and quantifies fungal and bacterial contamination. Unlike traditional culture-based methods, Mycometer measures biological activity without relying on organisms to grow in culture, allowing both viable and non-viable contamination to be detected. The result is fast, quantitative data with a low detection threshold and high reproducibility—often available the same day.

Asbestos Testing
Accredited Lab Analysis

Know before you renovate.

Asbestos Testing

Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are common in older buildings. Our certified inspectors collect bulk samples from suspect materials — including insulation, flooring, drywall systems, roofing materials, and more — and submit them to an accredited laboratory for analysis. You receive clear, documented results identifying the sampled materials and their asbestos content, providing the information needed for renovation, demolition, property transactions, or other project requirements.

  • Bulk sampling by certified inspectors
  • Accredited laboratory analysis
  • Written report with sample locations
  • Pre-renovation and pre-demolition surveys
  • Residential, commercial, and industrial properties
Mold Testing
MycometerQuantitative Results

Find it before it spreads.

Mold Testing

Mold growth isn’t always visible, and determining the extent of fungal contamination requires more than a visual inspection. We use Mycometer Air Fungi (MAF) and Surface Fungi (MSF) testing to quantify fungal contamination in air and on surfaces. Mycometer’s enzymatic technology provides objective, quantitative data without relying on organisms to grow in culture, helping identify areas of concern, evaluate contamination levels, and determine where further action may be needed.

  • Mycometer Air Fungi (MAF) testing
  • Mycometer Surface Fungi (MSF) testing
  • Quantitative fungal contamination measurement
  • Detection of viable & non-viable fungal biomass
Indoor Air Quality Testing
MycometerMulti-Parameter

WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE CAN STILL AFFECT YOUR SPACE.

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Indoor air quality is influenced by multiple environmental factors. Our assessments combine Mycometer Air Fungi and allergen testing with airborne particle measurement, gas detection, and psychrometric data to evaluate conditions within the indoor environment. We can assess fungal contamination, allergens, airborne particulates, formaldehyde (HCHO), carbon monoxide, temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and other environmental conditions to provide measurable data about the factors affecting indoor air quality.

  • Mycometer Air Fungi & allergen testing
  • Six-channel airborne particle measurement
  • Formaldehyde (HCHO) & carbon monoxide (CO) detection
  • Temperature, humidity & psychrometric assessment
  • Written report with actionable recommendations
Surface Bacteria Testing
MycometerSanitation Verification

Clean surfaces. Verified results.

Surface Bacteria Testing

Bacterial contamination isn’t visible to the naked eye, making objective testing an important tool for evaluating surface cleanliness. Mycometer Surface Bacteria testing uses enzymatic technology to quantify bacterial contamination directly on surfaces without waiting for cultures to grow. Results are available the same day, providing measurable data that can be used to identify areas of concern and verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation.

  • Mycometer Surface Bacteria testing
  • Quantitative measurement of bacterial contamination
  • Post-remediation & environmental verification
  • Cleaning & sanitation effectiveness assessment
  • Written report with documented findings
Clearance Testing
Post-Remediation

Confirm the work is done right.

Clearance Testing

After remediation or environmental cleaning is complete, clearance testing provides objective data to evaluate the effectiveness of the work performed. We use appropriate air and surface testing methods, including Mycometer where applicable, to assess post-remediation conditions and document the findings. The resulting report provides measurable information to help determine whether additional cleaning or corrective action may be needed.

  • Air & surface clearance testing
  • Mycometer fungal & bacterial testing
  • Pre- and post-remediation documentation
  • Certificate of successful clearance when criteria are met
  • Documentation for use with insurance, property management & restoration projects
